Redistribution Notice & Final Statement

Trapeza Protocol would like to announce the redistribution notice and final statement. Since the launch of Trapeza Protocol, we’ve gone through more bumps than ups. There have been many factors and outside variables that were out of our control. We have learned not only about the technical aspects of the crypto and DeFi scene, but more factors can come into play at any moment, and one must be ready for all the challenges. We are truly sorry to our investors, and we would like to thank you all one last time for supporting us. The redistribution method and notice can be found below.

Redistribution Notice (04–01)

• Treasury settlement for redistribution has been completed.
• All funds in the Treasury have been converted to BUSD. The final amount to be distributed is ‘283,059.32’ BUSD.
• All FIDL except for the circulating supply was burned. FIDL to BUSD that will be distributed is ‘52,206.23’ FIDL and the burned amount and transaction are as follows:

Accordingly, the treasury assets allocated per (each) FIDL is 5.4219 BUSD, and the investor will receive BUSD based on the value (5.4219 = 283,059.32 BUSD / 52,206.23 FIDL) Investors can now utilize the BUSD claim feature that is available on the top banner at https://app.trapeza.finance/dashboard/

This function is available until June 31, 2022, at 00:00 UTC. BUSD claims cannot be made after this period.

• Click “Go To Claim” on the banner → Once you ‘Approve’ FIDL and ‘Claim’ in the Treasury redistribution, you will receive BUSD in your wallet
• If you have gFIDL, you must first convert it to FIDL through the ‘Exchange’ button in https://app.trapeza.finance/govern/
• If you have sFIDL, you must first convert it to FIDL by clicking and changing it on the ‘Go To Migrate’ banner at the top of https://app.trapeza.finance/dashboard/
• If there are unclaimed bonds, you must first claim it through https://app.trapeza.finance/bonds/
